There are many reasons as to why I bought this outfit. This outfit was inspired by two of my favoured artists, Future and Young Thug (most of my outfits will be inspired by a combination of both), I’ll start off with the fedora hat, for me I think hats add that extra bit of flavour to an outfit, sort of like the cherry on the top, from the minute I saw Future and Thugga wear fedora hats I went straight out and bought myself a few, now where I’m from I’m known for wearing fedora hats on most nights which I feel gives me a unique feeling.
The jeans/denim mean a lot to me because not only are they one of ones but they’re are made and designed by on of my good friends Danny Agyemang who’s is the founder of Dagye Studios which are the jean I’m wearing. Now a days it’s hard to find good quality comfortable denim that fits to your expectation but with these Dagye jeans you can’t go wrong, the fit is immaculate and the RiRi zipper on the inside leg adds extra sauce to what you can do with the fit, Dagye is one of the worlds denim Gods.
Pink is my favourite colour hence why I chose to buy the pink hoody, but not just because of the colour, the quality in material is the best I’ve come across for a high street hoodie, as we get closer to summer I like to bring out florescent colours that will catch people’s eye, and this hoodie was the perfect choice, and after watching Futures latest interview with Zane Lowe you’ll understand why I chose to buy this specific outfit. As for the Air Force, essential, they should be in everyone’s shoe shelf, there isn’t a single outfit you can’t do with Air Force (don’t make them crease though, if so go cop a new pair!!)
You’re probably asking me (How did I feel wearing it?)… Well I felt cozy, that’s the only way I can put it into words, like I said before about the hoodie, the material felt good on me, the fit was sensational, same goes for the Dagye jeans, the best I’ve ever worn, and because Dagye jeans have been worn by the likes of Offset, Lil Durk, Young Thug, Hector Bellerin, Yxng Bane, Lancey Foux and many more, people know what jeans you’re wearing and the quality of the jeans so in some way it makes you feel greezy that you’re wearing denim that top professionals in their field of work are wearing the same jeans as you.
I wore this outfit to a meal (Nando’s) with a few of my ex colleagues and then on a brief night out to a club in Milton Keynes called Pinks. Funny thing about this evening, as I was leaving Nando’s with a few of my friends I felt like if I go home without a photo this outfit would’ve gone to waste so I kindly stopped one of my friends to take a photo and they both looked at me like I was mad haha, but I didn’t care, wasting an outfit is like not finishing you’re favourite meal and no one likes doing that.
